If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box in our consultation scheduler, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Aminu Law Firm, PLLC, such as booking confirmations and appointment reminders.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is collected through a clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default checkbox at the time you book, and a record of your consent is retained. Consent is not a condition of booking a consultation or of any purchase of services. If you do not consent, we will contact you by phone and email instead.
Message frequency varies and is typically 2–3 messages per scheduled appointment.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
Opting out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive no further texts from us other than a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (832) 529-1255.
No third-party marketing use. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted only as necessary to deliver the messages you requested.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. No Attorney–Client Relationship

Submitting information through this website — including booking a consultation — does not create an attorney–client relationship with Aminu Law Firm, PLLC. 9. Children's Privacy

This website and our messaging program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
